Are you a house sitter service?

No, we are not house sitters. Our core service includes periodic visits to your home based on a mutually agreed-upon checklist. Each visit is typically less than an hour, and our goal is to ensure your home is just as you left it upon your return. **Important note: House sitters usually lack the expertise to handle issues that may arise.**

What type of reporting can I expect from you?

Native Eyes Home Watch will email you a detailed report at the conclusion of every visit, with pictures of your property, regardless of if there’s a problem or not. any identified problems after inspecting both the interior and exterior of your home.

icon

We have a neighborhood watch program. Doesn’t that do the same thing?

Neighborhood watch programs are generally passive and do not provide the same level of engagement with your property. We thoroughly check both the interior and exterior of your property, offering a more detailed inspection than you can expect from a neighborhood watch program.

Are your services expensive?

We believe our services are reasonably priced for the value we provide. Considering the potential damage from issues like leaks, pests, or squatters, our services are an excellent value. We offer a free consultation to discuss pricing for our home watch and additional services.
